State Route 694 (SR 694, OH 694) is an east–west state highway in northwestern Ohio, a U.S. state. Situated in Putnam County exclusively, State Route 694 has its western terminus at State Route 114 just east of Cloverdale and the point where State Route 114 crosses the Auglaize River just 0.25 miles (0.40 km) east of its junction with State Route 634. The eastern terminus of State Route 694 is at U.S. Route 224 in Glandorf.

State Route 694 made its debut in 1937 along the path that it occupies to this day. No changes of major significance have occurred to the routing of the highway since its inception.[3][4]
